Angio Dynamics

Problem / Challenge.

Angio Dynamics didn’t have a platform where physicians could be trained regarding NanoKnife medical procedures or manage follow-ups.

Our challenge was to design a Salesforce web app that would empower physicians to track medical procedures while also allowing them to share knowledge about NanoKnife and raise awareness to get patients in the door.

Our role & how we embraced it.

For this project, we used a Human Centered Design approach. We consider it relevant to divide it into phases since each has its own unique objectives to develop. These phases are as follows:

 

  • Understanding: Tool objectives, users and business needs
  • Explore: Benchmarking, Wireframes and Mock-ups
  • Materialize: Hand-off & Dev Implementation

The outcome.

  • We developed a platform with an established four-week timeframe that was aligned to the business objectives and physician’s needs for phase 1.

  • As a result, physicians can now be trained to use NanoKnife technology and share knowledge about NanoKnife to raise awareness and get patients in the door.
